As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our risk management tools, delivering Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support based on the specific needs of the regions we operate in. Your role will involve working closely with the PACE Central Support team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of these tools, developing reports, automating flows etc which are essential for the risk management processes within EY.
Your key responsibilities
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise reporting on KPIs measuring digital performance.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points.
- Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps
- Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes.
- Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities.
- Learns the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people of the firm.
- Builds a network of people within RMS and across the firm.
- Crafting data structures and executing data modification procedures.
- Working jointly with key parties to grasp their reporting needs and provide meaningful analysis.
- Streamlining business operations and workflows through automation to enhance effectiveness and output.
- Tailoring and setting up SharePoint environments and tools to align with company requirements.
- Merging Power BI analytics and Power Apps within SharePoint for integrated data exchange and application rollout.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate/Master in any stream (preferred MBA-Finance, B. Com, BBA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an analytics team with a strong ability to recommend BI/Analytics solutions to stakeholders
- Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps & SharePoint knowledge.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- End user support experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality & Integrity.
- Attention to details is a must.
- Analytical ability, Decision Making Skills, Team Player.
- Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience in a hands-on analytical role with a focus on analyzing business problems.
