Jacobs is seeking an experienced. In this role, you will pursue, win, lead, and deliver key health projects, acting as both a Design Manager and Principal Architect. Your main responsibilities will include leading project deliverables, engaging with stakeholder groups, providing architectural health expertise, and coordinating building service inputs to produce high-quality documents that meet client expectations. Additionally, you will assist in developing client plans, contribute to bids, and serve as the architectural interface for other disciplines within Cities and Places. You will lead the local health team and report to the Section Lead ANZ Health Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project deliverables and engage with stakeholder groups.
- Provide architectural health knowledge and coordinate building service inputs.
- Develop client plans and contribute to bid proposals.
- Act as the architectural interface for other Cities and Places disciplines.
- Proficiency in Australasian Health Facility Guidelines, Revit, and other relevant software packages such as Revitzo.
- Experience in design management and project leadership across multidisciplinary health projects.
- Strong client relationship skills, demonstrated through integrity, professionalism, and successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of building techniques, column grids, and relative slab levels essential for health project delivery.
- Understanding of health budget considerations, products, and fee ranges for bids.
