Role Description:
The Global Markets Client Onboarding team are a client-facing team that manage the onboarding process for new & existing clients. We work with the Sales & Trading desks to determine the scope of the onboarding request, and then we work with the client to gather all required documentation to meet our Tax, Credit, Legal & KYC requirements. We then coordinate with all of the internal teams to obtain their approvals, and we complete the setups that enable to client to commence trading.
Responsibilities Include:
- You will be the voice of the client, enables the strategic development of the client service model and technology platforms
- You will participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
- You will ensure Bank of America is industry leading in onboarding – exceeding expectations, enhancing the on-boarding / integration client experience, aligning with client strategies, themes and ensuring we deliver against strategic plans for best in class on-boarding
- You will protect existing revenue and enable new revenue through fund on-boards and mandates won for multi-fund launches
What we are looking for:
- You will have on-boarding experience (asset managers, hedge funds, or other client types)
- You will have working knowledge of AML / KYC and Regulatory requirements for client on-boarding
- You will be presentable, confident and client focused
- You will have client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
- You will manage client pipeline and will be facing off with Senior Sales Partners, Managing KYC pipeline, and looking for inefficiencies in the end-to-end onboarding process

- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
