And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilities- Supporting the preparation of operational plan budgets including detailed cost forecasting, benchmarking analysis and presentation to Leadership.- Validating external construction cost estimates at various stages of design process.
- Leading post contract construction commercial management including providing guidance and recommendations on GC pay applications, change order evaluations, final account closeout, on projects.
- Leading monthly cost reporting reviews, monitoring against approved capital requests throughout the PLC.
- Deliver results for multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Must be ok with approximately 25% Travel & Australian Citizenship is required

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experienced in construction cost control- reviewing and justifying budgets and estimates, utilizing cost data and metrics for analysis and reporting
- Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit and Bluebeam

- Strong construction knowledge, be able to dive deep into aspects of construction scope and understand the cost of core elements with a particular focus on Mechanical and Electrical costs
- Experience with Data Center or other mission critical construction environments
- RICS accreditation
