Project Management: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on the execution of strategic initiatives under the marketing domain. Ensure projects align with enterprise objectives and strategic initiatives.
Preparing and present project charters, plans, budgets, progress reports, and materials for executive meetings.
Event Planning : Manage budget, vendor communications, event logistics and coordination in both virtual and in person.
Develop Key Performance Indicators and conduct thorough post-event evaluations to compare, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, product, and design, to ensure event objectives are met.
Requirements:
5+ years’ proven experience in both marketing event and marketing project management or a similar role within in the tech industry.
Experience managing several projects in a fast paced, global company
Excellent communication and analytical skills. Collaborative attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relative experience preferred.
