 Act as a point of contact and escalation for the team/function
Minimum Requirements:
 BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related degree
 8+ years of software development experience
 2+ years of Team Lead experience
 Strong Proficiency in Java server-side programming
 Experience with designing and building fault-tolerant, highly-available, distributed Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within software design and Experience in Object Oriented analysis and design
 Strong troubleshooting & debugging capabilities in an agile software development team
environment
 Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
parallel projects
 General understanding and proven real-world design experience with server-side
fundamentals (multi-processing, multi-threading, inter-process communication, disk I/O,
network I/O, memory allocation, etc.).
 Successful completion of Verint’s background screening process including, but not limited
to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification
Preferred Requirements:
 Advanced degree preferred
 Experience with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and telephony systems
 Experience with private/public cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP
 Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks across team boundaries and/or geographically
dispersed teams
 Excellent organization, time management, and project leadership skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Adheres to strict deliverable deadlines while able to multi-task
