Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- An occupational safety specialist qualification for Germany based on ASiG and DGUV regulations
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety management including management of EHS compliance for industrial facilities.
- Experience managing environmental programs (e.g., emissions, wastewater, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to communicate with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Credentials from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agencies.
- Experience communicating with Federal, State and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues.
- Experience with Data Center or other electrical safety industry.
- Ability to coach, influence, and advise local employees to achieve positive EHS outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
