As an Intern for Order Management team in Greece you’ll perform support in internal tools transactions (Oracle, Atlantis, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries & installations, administrative interactions with local warehouse, logistic and finance team.
You will execute standard tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Responsibilities

• Acting as an information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy
• Good interpersonal skills are required: communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
• Provide support in internal tools transactions to Order Management team
• Liaise with local warehouse, logistic, finance, service teams to facilitate documentation and tools update

Qualifications and experience

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with speed and accuracy
• Ability to learn fast
• Team player
• Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
• Fluent Greek and English languages

Desirable skills

• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
• Ability to multitask and a resourceful attitude
