The Fin Solutions Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions.
• Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
• Delivering of routine and defined outputs.
• Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or, procedures.
• Performs complex assignments as it impacts directly on the business.
• Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and/or evaluating processes and information.
• Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices.
• Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
• Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity.
• Supports resolution of Simple and Complex Queries/Incidents
• Conduct Initial triage, assign and follow-up with stakeholders/owners
• Provide Subject Matter Expert Support and Specialized Trouble Shooting for resolution
• Provide administrative support to manage Queries/Incidents within the cycle
• Conduct queries and Incidents analysis to identify symptoms, trends, remediation owners and metrics
• Participate as SME in Post-Mortem and Issues Root Cause Analysis
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the concentration of the area.
• Has working knowledge of industry practices and standards.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• English Proficient
