As a Cognyter you will:

• Be willing for Frequent site travels to accommodate complex system deployment and integration.
• Be able to troubleshoot and analyze end to end issues on a very complex system built out of tens of subsystem on complex infrastructure.
• Participate in development of complex features in the system responsible for all development lifecycles including design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows.
• Building and maintaining scalable microservices run as part of a cloud native product.
• Designing and developing Java services with a focus on high availability, low latency, scalability, and high throughput
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, product owners, architects, and customers to identify and solve challenging problems.

For that mission you’ll need:

• BSc Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in software development of complex high-performance systems
• Strong debugging capabilities and wide system understanding.
• Experience with containers such as OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong, extensive background in server-side development in Java 8 and related technologies, such as JBoss, Spring
• Experience with concepts as multithreading, REST, Web-sockets and application servers.
• Experience with developing Microservices.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What will be a differential, but not mandatory:

• Experience with Angular 2+, NodeJS, Protractor, React
• Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge
• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies, such as Elasticsearch and Hive as well as SQL traditional databases
