You will accompany clients in implementation of end-to-end enterprise wide or functiona/digital Transformation programs - orchestrating from strategy to design to implementation.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work with client facing teams on global engagements solving complex and intriguing business challenges providing sound strategic advice.
- Work on projects across different sectors and functions in collaboration with other local and international consulting teams.
- Work with clients to identify, define and prioritize their challenges, develop next generation of Transformation Management solutions through detailed analysis, and implement strategic recommendations to support their end-to-end Transformation journey.
- Support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, while actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships.
- Work in high performing consulting teams to deliver Transformation Excellence to clients and help to create a positive learning culture within the practice.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Professional master’s degree in technology, economics, MBA or equivalent
- Professional work experience – 4 to 7 years
- Exceptional listening and learning abilities, coupled with a creative mindset and a high-performance drive, are crucial for supporting and contributing to the team's success
- Proficient communication and presentation skills are required to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, catering to a varied audience of clients and colleagues at all organizational levels

- Demonstrated technical proficiency and in-depth professional knowledge in IT and business consulting.
- A proven track record in areas such as:
- Business analysis
- Transformation management, project management and change management
- Poblem-solving, design thinking, root cause analysis, and process improvement
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, SAFe, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project Online, Jira, Planview, Planisware, Power BI, Tableau)
- Relevant PPM certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe) are advantageous
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, conceptualizing, communication, leadership, presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model and adapt to different working hours, specifically full overlap of US Central or West Coast time zones.
- Proficiency in the English language and solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are mandatory.
