Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market.
You are accountable and responsible for implementation and maintaining SAP FSCD and insurance in S/4 HANA systems and responsible for Project integration of varying sizes and delivering projects within program expectations, on time through improved productivity, performance.

To qualify for the role you must have
- At least 7 - 10 years of SAP experience with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP S/4 FSCD and with hands-on experience on the following areas Premiums’, Collections & Disbursements and insurance.
- Experience in integration of FS-CD with Key SAP insurance modules (FS-CM, FS-PM, FS-RI and FS-ICM) and SAP Finance modules SAP FI Experience with ECC GL and any financial General ledger experience relating to SAP insurance / banking products is added advantage.
- Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities,) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders,), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing,) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, teamwork, multiple teams interaction) is required.
- Perform configuration of SAP FSCD for setting up business partners, customers, insurance policies and insurance contracts for business transactions including payments, clearing and invoices, printed evaluations, reports and statements.
- Deploy SAP Disbursement and Dunning solutions including workflow approvals, payment program, Bank files processing, returns lots, and reconciliation with legacy systems.
- Collaborate with external banking systems to develop interfaces to banks and SAP system to process inbound and outbound ACH transactions, wire transactions, check encashment, and positive pay.
- Analyze SAP requirements and translating functional specifications into SAP ABAP technical specifications.
- Implement SAP solutions using SAFe Agile methodology and using tools and accelerators.
- Functional proficiency with at least 3+ full lifecycle SAP Finance implementation experience including some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance.
- SAP Certification and hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA Finance module is preferred.
- Working on SAFe Agile methodology is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the integration points with other modules
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work with multiple teams / time zones.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with SAP reporting and HANA live a plus.
- Knowledge of contract accounting a plus.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
