Stay informed about asset management, industry trends, and product developments, including active fixed income, regulation, and sustainable investing.
Influence and work effectively with stakeholders across all levels, regions, and distribution channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Previous experience in the financial industry with a demonstrated track record of success.
Working knowledge of fixed income and mutual funds.
Experience liaising with product and marketing functions within a regulatory and compliance framework.
Interest in and understanding of economics, financial markets, and geopolitics.
Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deliverables to completion.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
