Minimum Role expectations:

Serve as a ServiceNow BA on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development.
Has experience 4+ in Business analyst role with ServiceNow experience.
Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modulesSupport the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
Excellent communications skills
Excellent teamwork skillsPMP certified is good to have

To qualify for the role you must have

Btech or Any degree
•3 to 6 Years
•ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
•Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
•Certified Application Developer

Ideally you’ll also have

Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
