Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, or Project Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using monetization or ad serving solutions (e.g., Google AdManager, AdSense, AdMob, other solutions)
- Experience with streamlining operational process (e.g. automation) and familiarity with SQL.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including experience in managing medium to large and short/long-term projects.
- Broad understanding of online advertising (e.g., ad serving, monetization solutions) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video).
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, operate in a rapidly changing industry, and work well with a team.
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g. understand monetization metrics and derive optimization), operational efficiency, and stakeholder management skills.
