• Responsible for Implementing the instruction and Production APIs or intermediates as per the approved instruction.
• InCharge of shift chemist & operators, professional guidance, this includes manufacture of products, safety, dress code and filling of batch cards as per applicable procedures.
• Responsible for proper storage of raw materials, dispensing and storage of Intermediate and finished goods in designated area and labelling as per applicable procedures.
• Maintaining documents and batch cards as per approved instructions and issuing documents relating the facility's activities for ensuring implementations.
• Carrying out pH analysis and ensuring the verification of pH meter as per applicable procedure.
• To achieve production target as per plan.
• To coordinate with Safety, Maintenance and QA/QC for shift activities.
• To ensure maintainance and cleanliness of critical utilities if applicable as per procedures.
• Preparation of batch cards, qualification protocol, report and other GMP related documents.
• As an Opex champion, identification of improvement projects in respective areas and supporting functional head to implement the project with targeted OTIF.
• Monitoring and review of enery consumption in respective aread and initiating CAPA if it is out of trend/off the track.

3 to 5 years of experience in Production

B.E/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
