Description
Responsibilities include:Gathering project requirements and proposing solutionsDesigning, building, and maintaining RESTful APIsArchitecting complex data storage (relational, non-relational, block, file)Writing backend logic for data organization and processingBuilding powerful and intuitive client apps (Web, iOS, and macOS)Proactively proposing and implementing ideasFull-stack ownership (communicating with key stakeholders, design, implementation, and deployment)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and database design
- Expertise architecting and developing full stack web applications with RESTful APIs
- Web development experience with HTML5, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.
- Experience with backend MVC frameworks such as Django (preferred), Rails, or Spring
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated UI/UX design abilities
- Experience designing scalable software systems
- 2+ years Python experience
- iOS development experience
- Server Administration / DevOps, experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
