Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

• Hire the best talent, create an environment for continuous learning and growth, and enable the teams to deliver performant, resilient, highly available software at scale.
• Lead and manage the Cloud Operations teams to deliver the Verint Cloud Platform services with industry leading availability that enables engineering teams to deliver application functionality to our customers.
• Work effectively with Engineering and Security Leaders, teams, and the Support organizations to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
• Identify and implement technology and skill development trends that will be able to support the future success of the business.
• Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization and drive consistent standards and best practice approaches throughout the development teams.
• Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team.
