DSO Manager

You will need to provide leadership, strategic direction to support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

Develop business strategy and relevant resources to implement

  • Development of sales implementation plans, targets, and strategies of DSO business and the removal of obstacles to success;
  • Actively create new business models, identify opportunities, develop strategies, and provide suggestions for the company's strategies;

Make sure a smooth cooperation between Align and DSO customers

  • Establish a strong relationship with existing and new customers for DSO; maintain KOLs by establish good cooperation relationship, develop the speakers strategically in the region. Ensure a common strategic direction between DSO customers and Align;
  • Effectively communicate the strategy, promotion plans etc. with different stakeholders from customer side;
  • Attend the regular management meetings with DSO customers to understand the customer needs, have clear alignment after each meeting and conduct corresponding action plans if needed;

Project Management and event management

  • Act as project manager to design, communicate and implement topics like clinical education, pricing strategy and promotion policies etc. and can achieve the expected results;
  • Design, communicate and implement events based on customer needs and can achieve the expected results;

Influence regional sales team to growth

  • Influence sales through existing distribution channels. Develop, formulate, and scale-up new distribution channels for DSO;
  • Provide support to regional sales team regarding customer communications, event organizations etc. to make sure a smooth and effective implementation and to support the business growth;

Be responsible for DSO operation strategy / plan

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual Operational Plan;
  • Manage AR, implement and support in making the company operation strategy. Can achieve the AR target;

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide all appropriate DSO reporting to management team, including feedbacks from customers;
  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products;
  • Keep abreast of what competitors are doing;
  • Involve in budget making, analysis and control the expense within budget.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Travel according to business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • BA and or equivalent experience preferred
  • Solid sales experience, with previous experience at Manager level;
  • Rich project management experiences and skills;
  • Bottom-line and results oriented
  • Demonstrated success through the application of a sales methodology
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication and active listening skills
  • Possess a proven record of maintaining a high level of client and employee satisfaction and a strong affinity with the business development process and organization-wide culture
  • Ability overcome unexpected setback and issues
  • Experience in budget management

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS

normally works within regular business hours although should expect some evening and weekend work plus considerable travel and overnight stays dependent on geography and business requirements.
