Your role and responsibilities
- Knowledge of web structure, functioning, and utilization;
- HTML and CSS basics to check hand-coded pages;
- Ensure pages meet requirements for IBM standards and accessibility;
- Identifying issues and bugs and ensuring they get resolved;
- Writing complete reports related to the issues found, adding screenshots, records, examples, or references if needed;
- Good communication with the team to explain issues, and negotiation skills to ensure the fixes;
- Provide feedback for AEM functionalities improvements;
- Ability to review a web page and provide input to improve user interface and user experience;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess problems and find solutions.
