Market Expansion: Develop a low-touch, no-touch model for down-market (velocity) clients to ensure efficient service delivery.
Service Creation: Drive the creation of new services to enhance the MSSP portfolio, helping MSP/MSSP partners create services using Orca Security’s MSP product.
Product Development: Work with development teams to develop Orca’s MSSP product offering.
Partner Engagement: Responsible for all aspects of the managed services business including strategy, program, pricing, sell to, sell with & through. Engage other functional leaders to deliver enablement, marketing, and more.
Partner Types: Work with pure-play MSPs, GSIs, hybrid VARs, Telco MSPs, and cloud native MSPs.
GSI Collaboration: Utilize Global System Integrators (GSIs) as a strategy for market reach and enhanced service offerings.
Business Models: Build sell to, and sell through business models.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with MSP marketing teams, including ‘Powered by’ marketing strategies.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Team Building: Developing a roadmap for scaling the MSSP team globally, including recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the MSSP, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities within the MSSP landscape.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide subject matter expertise during client engagements and support business development activities.
Customer Success Collaboration: Work with Customer Success to ensure customer lifecycle success.
Partner Operations: Work with Partner Operations to streamline reporting and KPIs.
OKR Development: Develop and implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive performance and alignment with business goals.
Revenue Responsibility: Own the revenue responsibility for this business/product segment’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Global Experience: Experience with MSP aggregators and distributors on a global scale.
ABOUT YOU
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in cybersecurity with a focus on managed security services. Experience in developing security strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients.
Technical Skills: Proficient in security operations.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, manage complex projects, and drive business growth.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
