To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations
- 7-10 years in internal or external communications roles
- Previous experience in driving internal or corporate communications
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to collaborate, team and network across a matrixed organization, understanding how to communicate across different cultures, languages, time zones and ranks
- Ability to work in complex change management environments and support global transformation programs within a multinational environment
- Ability to instill the value of quality, project rigor, innovation and creative thinking across all deliverables

- Supporting communications planning across multiple campaigns
- Managing communication activity to promote the GDS Talent/HR initiatives for our employees
- Advising GDS Talent/HR leadership on how to effectively use communications to make an impact with audiences both internally and externally
- Developing key messaging and tactics to engage EY and GDS audiences
- Understanding effective use of different channels
- Using metrics and measurement tools to analyse the impact of various communications; making modifications where necessary
