Foundation & Strategy: Laying out the strategy through DTR and/or retail development and continue building retailers' relationship
Management & prioritisation: Inform retailers about Netflix's upcoming content, products and provide necessary tools for them to be autonomous
Revenue maximization: Analyse and scale business opportunities through category analysis, as well as identifying key revenue drivers throughout the year
Planning & Trade Marketing: Plan the launch-to-market programs as well as potential cross-category retail activations with key stakeholders both retailers and licensees
Cross-functional support: create and leverage best-retail practices from other countries/regions - UCAN, LATAM, APAC and EMEA into local market and vice-versa
What we are looking for
Demonstrated, 10+ years of experience in retail industry with brands and/or content IPs with proven results
Ownership of relationship with retailers across buying, marketing and category management, solid retail network
Knowledge on operational marketing / omnichannel approach
Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge
Data performance analysis
Cross-functional teamwork knowledge, how to navigate and connect the dots
Retail business knowledge across different tiers from Mass-market, specialty to online
Trade marketing and retail activations experience
