- Close enterprise level prospect's deal and drive top-line
- Manage long-term relationship and ensure for healthy business engagement with all key clients
- Create new business opportunity with prospects
- Report key KPIs and sales status via CRM or other internal tool
The Experience You'll Bring
- Minimum 7 years+ B2B value selling based sales experience
- Experience working in fast & ambiguity work environment
- Outstanding communication skill, supported by fluency in Japanese and business level+ in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience towards back-office clients (e.g. HR, Accounting / Finance)
- Strong IT / DX knowlage, previous working experience at SaaS domain is plus
- Strong business acumen, including market knowlage and ability to lead and manage complex legal / contractual discussion
