What you'll do:

• Define Solution Vision and Strategy : Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to shape the vision and strategy of customer-tailored solutions, aligning them with business objectives and customer needs.
• Backlog Management : Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the most impactful features.
• User Story Creation : Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the customer.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Sprint Planning and Review : Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to track progress and make real-time adjustments to the product roadmap.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze product performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Take Additional Responsibilities : Depending on the project needs, take additional responsibilities in the area of quality management.

What you bring:

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management
• Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of software engineering and cloud development.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus : A strong customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering value and enhancing the user experience.
• Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus).
