The transformation

• esponsible for understanding business requirements, mapping data from source to target systems, designing and implementing data transformation processes.
• Work closely with clients in Cyprus and abroad to understand their fundamental business challenges and bring your experience to enable them to transform their business and solve their most complexdataproblems
• Coordinate client workshops, gather and document businessand datarequirements and translate them into technical requirementsand user

• data engineers, QA testers, BusinessSMEsand Product Owners
• Lead playback sessions, scope/user story walk-throughs to client stakeholders
• Contribute to business case developments and proposalpreparations
• Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams

To qualify for the role, you should

• BSc inComputerScience,InformationTechnology, or related field
• Data migration/ data integrationexpertise, preferably within the insurance/financial services industry.
• Data mappingand dataanalysis skillsetandability to work with ERDs and database schemas.
• Experience workingwithagilemethodologies
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience
• Technical knowledge of SQLanddata profiling toolswill be considered anadvantage
• TechnicalETL toolsknowledgewill be considered anadvantage
