Spearhead Advanced Analytics initiatives aimed at optimizing supply quality and growth strategies across various types of supply and markets.
Serve as a key analytics partner to the VP Supply, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with teams including Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Strategy and Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Marketing in addition to other cross-functional teams.
Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs to gauge the performance and impact of supply-related initiatives.
Lead a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Your Expertise:
Extensive experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries.
Demonstrated expertise in employing data science to solve business problems and drive growth.
Experience in leading and motivating a geographically distributed team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster strong cross-functional partnerships.
Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with the ability to derive insightful and actionable strategies from complex data.
A quantitative undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
