Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND solid experience in Data & Analytics & AI cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
• As this role requires collaboration with local customers in Hungary, fluency in Hungarian is required.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Solid experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) andworking on technical projects
• Business Value: The ability to convey the business needs and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
• Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
• Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."
• Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what customer has said.

Preferred Technical Qualifications

• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, Databricks)
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with either relational or NoSQL databases (Azure or equivalent), with a strong portfolio of creating Data & Analytics Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers that lead to production deployments and their subsequent optimization.
• Experience in migrations across database technologies (SQL Server, OSS DBs) and/or modernization from on-premises to the cloud.
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured data in Big Data scenarios using technologies such as Fabric Data Warehouse, Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, and data lake concepts.

• You will guide customers through their data platform modernization journey to Azure, highlighting the opportunity to innovate and get AI-ready.
• Capturing Analytics market share with Azure Fabric & Azure Databricks based on customer use cases.
• Support customers on the adoption of generative AI and build innovative, safe and performant AI-based solutions on top of a solid foundation of data and infrastructure.
• You will understand customers’ overall data estate Business and IT priorities and success measures to design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value anddrive positive Customer Satisfaction & become a trusted advisor.
• You will ensure that solutionexhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.
• You willdevelop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments andidentify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
• You willapply technical knowledge to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data & Analytics roadmaps, drive Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimal Viable Product (MVP), and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key AI technologies where
