As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Global Reconciliations and Investigations Team (GRIT), you are responsible in providing reconciliation services covering the following Cash Reconciliations at Client Account, Client to Market and Nostro levels , Asset Reconciliations at Client Account, Client to Market and Omnibus levels • Other Reconciliations by Asset Class, stand-alone and bespoke reconciliations supporting regulatory client or product requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Readiness in conducting Account maintenance - set-up, amendment and closure of accounts in the reconciliations database
• Data validation - reviews completeness, accuracy and timeliness of data feeds for reconciliations
• Exceptions Investigation – identification of incomplete/incorrect data, analyze root cause, identify appropriate resolution, monitor and drive closure.
• Coordinates with internal business partners and processing hubs
• Assists with systems testing or enhancements
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Participates in various projects/activities as assigned

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Banking/Finance operations
• Funds Services/Reconciliations knowledge/background is an advantage
• iRecs/WINS/COSMIC background an advantage
• Graduate of Finance / Accounting or Business related course
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Good Analytical Skills, with Attention to Details
• Should have knowledge in use of Macros / Queries on MS Excel / Access a plus.
