Key responsibilities include:
- Creating aesthetically and technically correct Smile Designs based on patient photos
- Close collaboration with dentists and orthodontists to achieve optimal treatment results
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of our processes and products
- Potentially assisting with internal and external training, onboarding of employees, testing scenarios and databases, and conceptualizing and developing automated test procedures
Personal requirements:
- Completed training as a dental technician
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a dental technician in a dental laboratory, exocad Design Center, clinic, or university
- Fluent language skills in English and German to communicate with international customers and internal departments
- Demonstrable experience working with exocad software, ideally certification or in-depth knowledge in this area
- Practical experience with exocad Smile Creator for aesthetic design using patient photos is advantageous
- Good CAD skills for the entire jaw, including crowns and bridges
- Knowledge and experience in the field of orthodontics (KFO) are advantageous
- Ability to precisely implement complex dental constructions and achieve aesthetic results
- Team spirit and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Independent working style and willingness for continuous further education
