We are looking for an experienced with extensive expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive PLM solutions. With over 10 years of experience in PLM systems, you will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and fostering innovation across the product lifecycle.

Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.

Architect solutions for complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations, and workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.

Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.

Perform system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system

Deliver training sessions to stakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in PLM systems with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter.

Strong proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).

Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
