Key Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and excellent inter-personal capabilities
- A successful track-record or demonstrated aptitude as a software engineering manager
- Strong understanding in one of WiFi, Bluetooth, Thread or related protocols
- In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience on 802.11/BT technologies and standards
- Hands-on experience with python scripting for data analysis and visualization
- Hands-on experience working with wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers to debug and root cause system level issues
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
- Effective communication skills, particularly with technical content.
- Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
