By nature, you are multidisciplinary creative with a range of experience designing and executing across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography, Digital Design, Film and Contents.

You are constantly exploring and expanding the creative network around you, discovering new talent in a range of disciplines. You are excited about new technology and communication methods and actively work to understand this everchanging landscape. You have an affinity for a broad range of creative industries including photography, image/film making, fashion, style and streetwear.

You are confident and eager to learn when it comes to all aspects of the creative process and seeing a campaign through, from ideation to execution, presentation and production. You aren’t afraid of working within new areas, pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creative.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • 5-8 years of work experience in art direction and design within an agency or brand with a strong focus on sport, sport lifestyle, fashion and culture.
  • A strong portfolio of outstanding work, with a sharp focus on ideation and visual storytelling through design and art direction.
  • Experience working on complex project work streams, collaborating with internal and external partners from the concept phase to execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of design processes and software with proven proficiency in Adobe Creative, Figma, Keynote and related design software.
  • Proven experience in effectively developing, crafting, and implementing creative concepts to share with internal audiences through presentations.
  • Exposure to, and in-depth understanding of GC youth culture and behavior.
  • Highly developed understanding of consumer engagement towards creative content, digital products, social platforms, physical executions, environments and experiences.
  • Passionate about Sports, the Sports Lifestyle, and the Culture around it.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

You will support workstreams by developing and crafting creative concepts for both product launches and marketing campaigns across GC, either originating work in the geo or executing global campaign extensions.

Within a team you’ll work to provide and deliver innovative design and art direction thinking, whilst also collaborating with external partners to deliver well-crafted executions.

As our team is constantly evolving, you will work to leverage and develop best design processes and best practices in order to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard of creativity and craft on time.

You will work reporting to the Director, Men’s Sportswear, Brand Creative, within a team of creatives/designers, producers and writers within the GC Brand Creative studio. Internally you’ll work within GC marketing, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Digital, Energy and Sports Marketing teams within the Sports & Lifestyle/Sportswear categories.

You’ll also commission and work closely with external collaborators such as creative and strategic agencies, photographers, designers, stylists, directors or creatives spanning unique disciplines.
