• Leads a team of engineers that will develop and test complex VoLTE features in CFX 5000 for some of the top CSPs in the world.

• Interprets critical internal or external business issues and develops innovative solutions that help to sustain competitive advantage.• Defines processes and standards.• Uses knowledge on how the job contributes to the corporate goals as well as knowledge of industry and competitive landscape to increase own effectiveness.• Influences strategic decisions within professional area that affect the performance of the subfunction ( e.g. Interact with Architects, System Test experts, Project Managers, peer Line managers to make releases happen ).• Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.• Owns functional areas and components and is responsible for its quality, future design and enhancements• Leads from front in engaging with Customers, Customer facing teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and providing RCA and internalizing the learnings.

May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth).

  • At least 12 years of experience in Networking or Telecommunications Networks
  • More than 4 years of experience in directly leading teams as a Manager or as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills keeping Quality, Timeline and Customer needs at the forefront.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across RnDs with good communication skills
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban and Continuous Delivery
  • Good knowledge of SIP, Diameter and Telecom Domain Knowledge (VoLTE, IMS)
  • Experienced in Cloud and Cloud Native Technologies (Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Consul, Redis, Helm, Envoy)
  • Proven experience in Development or Testing of large, complex features
  • Team player with proven ability to work in diverse team environment to achieve stiff and challenging targets.
