Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within Securities Services Operations, you oversee the end-to-end securities settlements lifecycle. You manage multiple global markets and meet risk metrics for reconciliations. You ensure settlement objectives are achieved efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades
• Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks
• Collaborate with internal teams for transaction processing
• Perform root cause analysis to increase STP
• Establish relationships with operations and middle office contacts
• Partner with client service teams to change client behavior
• Understand and manage risk management issues
• Address day-to-day queries within SLAs
• Escalate issues to team leader
• Maintain strong understanding of risk management
• Manage exceptions above materiality thresholds

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understand financial markets and trade lifecycle
• Communicate effectively across business levels
• Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
• Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Exhibit time management skills
• Work comfortably with data

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Have custody/treasury operation services experience
• Understand SWIFT, Cross Border Payments, and FX
• Be a self-starter with quick learning ability
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Focus on risk mitigation and proactive approaches

• Apply reconciliation rules and global custody knowledge
