- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with awillingness to learn, mentor and engage in open discourse
- Ability to make disciplineddecisions by weighing tradeoffs
- Provide real time monitoring,optimization and control for various Tesla Energy products including Powerwall,Megapack, Solar Roof, Supercharger, Autobidder and Virtual Power Plants
- Understanding of system thinkingand working on challenges related to the availability, reliability, scalabilityand security of distributed software systems
