  • Find innovative solutions that help create transparent and authentic customer experiences The opportunity You will work towards standardizing existing solutions and their work products to be later resourced and leveraged by different teams at EY, demonstrating the ability to digest, incorporate and leverage new knowledge. You will be working with large enterprises and government institutions on their most pressing management and operational challenges Your key responsibilities As Customer Strategy and Transformation leader, you would be responsible for business transformation and/or business improvement around Customer domains of sales, marketing and distribution. The person will probably lead a team of AVPs and Consultants on engagements with clients to discuss and deliver EY's offerings and Point of Views. Primary focus of the role would be on Life Sciences industries
  • Ability to connect strategic goals of a company to their customer strategy through Sales and marketing Excellence methodologies.
  • Conducting Assessment of client current practices around sales operations, marketing, distribution etc
  • Support in Business Development and Asset Building, thought Capital Enhancement activities
  • Training and building capability of EY client employees in the areas of customer practices
  • Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a senior management level for large multi-location global organizations
  • Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams Skills and attributes for success
  • Ability to connect strategic goals of a company in customer domain of a company through sales and marketing excellence methodologies.
  • Conducting Assessment of client sales and marketing operations footprint
  • Proficient in concepts and application of Strategy and Operational Excellence methodologies
  • Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of customer transformation. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.
  • Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
  • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients. To qualify for the role, you must have
  • BE. / B. Tech & MBA (from a premier institute) with a top notch academic background
  • At least 12 years of relevant post MBA experience
  • At least 6 years of recent consulting experience
