Supervising Associate - Process Mapping and Consulting
Service Excellence is responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture and driving customer-centric programs. This involves
- Process re-engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing new methodologies and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Engage with global and regional stakeholders to implement process changes and improvements.
- Ensure that the work product meets high standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting activities to support internal and external stakeholders' requirements.
- Adoption of AI tools like Copilot, ensuring that users are trained and aware of the benefits
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with EY professionals and stakeholders to strengthen the compliance framework and spearhead continuous improvement at the process level.
- Conduct quality reviews, analyse issues, and produce well-documented deliverables.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in process mapping, process consulting, value stream, agile methodology, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and regulatory changes and effectively communicate these developments to team members.
- Conduct thorough secondary research using a wide range of internal and external databases.
- Lead process training for team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of methodologies.
- Address and resolve service delivery issues using tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Client/Stakeholder Management
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress, potential issues, and any changes in timelines or scope.
- Engage with global and regional stakeholders to implement process changes, enhancements, and improvements.
- Develop effective conflict resolution and escalation management strategies.
- Act as a point of contact between EY professionals, stakeholders, and relevant GDS functions.
Operations Management
- Engage in reporting activities to support internal and external stakeholders' requirements.
- Establish and monitor the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to strategic projects/initiatives to drive success and growth within the Global EY landscape.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Graduate degree from a reputed institute.
- A lean Six Sigma certification. Yellow belt and above.
- At least 7-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in process Excellence roles.
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of financial instruments, deposit accounts, loans, insurance, etc.
- Experience in performing external research, data reconciliation, and data analysis.
Technologies and Tools
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
- Project management and business analytics tools like Power-BI and experience in lean methodologies like value stream mapping.
