In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of Manhattan Warehouse Management (Manhattan WMS SCPP version) experience is a must.
- Experience on Manhattan WMS SCPP v2018 & Manhattan ActiveWM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge on UNIX.
- Hands on experience and strong knowledge of PL/SQL and query writing skills.
- Manhattan WMS Level2 Production support skills for efficient handling of Incidents, troubleshooting and providing workarounds for the incidents.
- Proactively communicate with customers, operations and relevant stakeholders. Communicate major issues to various stakeholders and prioritize escalations.
- Familiarity with industry consulting practices, methodologies and tools.

- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
