In this role you will be:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of AI/ML researchers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Driving AI research projects, leveraging advanced algorithms, LLMs, classification models, and optimization techniques to enhance cybersecurity solutions.
• Defining and executing the AI Platform roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
• Developing and scaling AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring robust platforms and frameworks to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
• Acting as a technical expert, driving AI/ML advancements to address critical challenges and deliver organizational value.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 5+ years of experience applying AI/ML, including expertise in LLMs, RAG, classification, and optimization techniques.
• 2+ years managing and scaling engineering or research teams in leadership roles.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI/ML applications with big-data frameworks and MLOps.
• Proficient in communicating technical ideas and collaborating effectively across teams and organizational stakeholders.
• Experience in prioritizing tasks and influencing strategic decisions to align with organizational goals and objectives.
