Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in business and exceeding quota attainment.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Experience in building a pipeline from scratch.
Knowledge of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and grow in a team environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for the clients.
