You would likely have hands-on experience from a leading consultancy, market research, or competitive intelligence domains as an analyst, able to define problem statements, develop complex quantitative analyses, and deliver insights & recommendations.
How will you make an impact?
- Own ongoing analyses and insights for the Global Customer Experience Program
- Help achieve business goals by enabling management to keep track of relevant measurements and performance indicators
- Support management decision-making processes by providing actionable insights on customer experience analyses
- Be the gatekeeper of data integrity by owning all the reporting solutions and business definitions for KPIs
- Design, develop, and maintain business analyses that provide actionable insights while working closely with multiple stakeholders across NICE
- Leverage all the information we gather from different sources to help make data-driven decisions that’ll build our strategy
Have you got what it takes?
- 3+ years' experience doing quantitative analyses, preferably for a B2B technological company
- Excellent analytical skills, strong analytic and technical orientation
- Advanced Excel skills required,
- Python and BI Development tools (Power BI) skills – an advantage
- Passionate about driving organizations to make Customer driven data-informed decisions
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written
