Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
Experience building account planning.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese at business level and with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in field sales in the technology industry, working with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
Experience collaborating with partners.
Ability to balance engaged priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
