Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
- Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
- Experience building account planning.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese at business level and with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in field sales in the technology industry, working with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience collaborating with partners.
- Ability to balance engaged priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
