Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of technical experience (preferably selling Compute, Storage, and/or DC Networking solutions).
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the following domains and the latest industry advancements in Data Center Networking and Private Cloud technologies, tools, and trends.
Experience in engaging with customer or partner roles from engineers to team or group leaders, aligning technology to business drivers.
Excellent presentation and communication skills – ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and work within a team to resolve and contribute to an effective course of action
Detailed knowledge of Cisco’s Data Center Networking and Compute portfolio, including Nexus, ACI, VXLAN/EPVN, Nexus Dashboard, UCS-X and Intersight
Familiarity of virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, VMware, Nutanix and KVM.
Knowledge of automation approaches and tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform
Knowledge of networking solutions specifically tailored for AI workloads, ensuring optimal performance and scalability, either during training or inferencing.
Understanding of network security protocols and solutions. Familiarity with Cisco solutions such as Cisco Firewalls, MultiCloud Defense, Secure Workload and AI Defense is highly valued.
