What You’ll Be Doing:- Contribute to mechanical design tasks involving advanced motion systems, including motor construction/control and multi-joint systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to revolutionize product design.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to align design with technical and business goals.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and troubleshoot designs using hands-on methods.
- Engage with customers to translate needs into viable product features.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ of experience in a mechanical design role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling software and engineering tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, high energy, collaborative team player.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, design for manufacturing, and cost-controlled approaches.
- Experience with designs of motion systems e.g. motors, gearboxes and other elements of motion systems.
- Familiarity with global innovation teams and early-stage product development.
