Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or computer science.
• 15+ years experience in Technical areas of functional validation, pre or post silicon validation, program/project leadership and 4+ years specific to Managing teams with people reporting in large organizations and working with global teams.
• Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to effectively communicate with and influence executives and senior technical leaders.
• Ability to lead execution teams and provide operational support to the engineering teams from Pre-Silicon to End-of-Life.
• Hands on past experience with board/platform or emulation working on low or high speed connection IO's.
• Truth and Transparency in communicating with all levels displaying highest ethical standard;
• Customer Obsession, analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skill is complex business situations.
• Leadership skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations.
