We're looking for Program Coordinator Intern who will be coordinating AI education program in healthcare.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the program management in the overall coordination and implementation of the AI education program in healthcare, including managing the learning platform and the website.

• Preparing and organizing online live events, and assisting in generating reports and statistics to support university accreditation processes.

• Communication and stakeholder engagement: developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the program both internally and externally, including managing content for internal channels and social media.

• Continuously developing and maintaining course materials to ensure their relevance and effectiveness, and collaborate with experts to create new content.

• Working closely with international teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution of the program.

• Monitoring financial management tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking to ensure operations stay within budget.

What you bring:

• You are currently completing the internship in computer science, medical technology, healthcare management, or a related field.

• You have a passion for artificial intelligence and are curious about how AI can revolutionize the healthcare industry.

• Organization and communication are your strengths. You keep track of tasks, coordinate them, and set priorities effectively.

• You work independently and bring new ideas to drive projects forward and optimize processes.

• You communicate confidently in English – both within the team and with international partners.
