As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and act as the primary point of contact for partner communications.
- Identify partners needs, address partners priorities and ensure smooth communication between partners and Rapyd for development, inquiries, and business matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams on projects related to the partners.
- Proactively share new Rapyd products and best practices to help partners succeed.
- Deliver reports and insights tailored to partner needs.
- Monitors card issuance related cost and pricing.
- Operates in compliance with security policy and security rules as described in the Rapyd security manual.
- Follows the company policy on ethical conduct
- Shares own expertise and develops own skills and knowledge in accordance with the scope of work and needs identified by the company.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor for the benefit of the organization
