Act as a Topic Owner in the GRF Data Management team for lease admin activities with a strong focus on people development and on providing guidance;
Maintain real estate lease data and master data on a global level in various tools;
Ensure high data quality by identifying and addressing quality gaps;
Serve as main contact for internal and external audit including months-, quarter- or year-end close related matters, in own area of responsibility;
Support global projects and/or work streams to ensure that project deliverables are met;
Provide planned as well as ad-hoc reporting;
Serve as point of contact on a global level for all GRF colleagues and various stakeholders in own area of responsibility;
Participate in global work groups to ensure knowledge sharing across regions and relevant functions;
Maintain and update templates and lists;
Prepare internal communication material and ensure communication is done in own area of responsibility.
What you bring
Vocational Training or bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in the area of Business Administration, Real Estate or Facility Management or comparable and / or adequate experience;
Basic understanding of real estate lease contracts and their structure in general;
English fluent (oral & written) is mandatory – additional languages are a benefit;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially for Microsoft Excel, is a must;
Previous functional experience relevant to Data Management, Real Estate Management or Facility Management;
Experience with the tool SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) is a benefit;
Knowledge of various aspects of Real Estate and Facility Management are a benefit;
Team player with the ability and willingness to work collaboratively and virtually with international teams;
Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality.
