Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe d'experts en opérations RH de l'organisation People Experience Care (South Europe), en charge de la France, en répondant aux différentes questions relatives aux outils et processus RH des salariés.

Votre travail quotidien, sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur expert RH, comprend les éléments suivants :

• Préparation des documents officiels : contrats, avenants, attestations, certificats, etc.
• Démarches liées aux nouveaux arrivants (CDI/CDD, stagiaires, apprentis) : titres de séjour, autorisations de travail, mutuelle, URSSAF….
• Veille sur la mise à jour des informations dans les différents outils RH, mise à jour des procédures…
• Assistance aux salariés sur les sujets liés à la RH : retraite, démission, changement de statut, absences, temps partiels, voitures de fonction, congé paternité/maternité, accidents, assurance, mutuelle…
